& Refunds
If BR Photography receives notice of the cancellation/reschedule at least 72 hours in advance of the session, the client is freed from obligation to the final payable amount (outside of the retainer fee).
If the client wishes to cancel or reschedule within 72 hours in advance of the session, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 will apply (exceptions can be made depending on conditions surrounding the event - we understand that horses can be, well, horses).
*Cancellation/rescheduling made within four hours of the session's scheduled start time or that apply to bookings that incurred a travel fee may be subject to different terms than stated here. If unsure what your session qualifies as, please contact us directly or check your contract agreement*
Privacy Policy

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
